Plans and Billing

Usermaven provides flexible pricing tiers designed to meet the evolving needs of businesses at every stage of their journey.

Growth plan: Ideal for teams getting started with marketing and product analytics. It supports up to 250,000 events per month and provides access to web, product, and e-commerce analytics, along with funnels, user flows, and trend analysis to help teams understand user behavior. This plan also includes user and account profiles, support for 3 users and 3 workspaces, 5 years of data history, customizable dashboards, email and Slack reports, and automatic exclusion of bot and proxy traffic.

Scale plan: Built for growing businesses and agencies that need deeper attribution and analysis. It includes everything available in the Growth plan, along with support for up to 250,000 events per month, unlimited users, 5 workspaces, and 7 years of data history. Additionally, it offers advanced capabilities such as paid ads attribution, channel and content attribution, CRM integration, deals attribution, conversion path and retention analysis, integrations with Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads, automatic syncing of conversions to ad networks, and access to Maven AI.

Enterprise plan: Designed for large-scale organizations with advanced and custom requirements. It offers custom pricing, unlimited users, custom workspaces, and unlimited data history, while building on all features available in the Scale plan. Enterprise customers gain access to custom integrations, data warehouse exports, tailored reports and dashboards, on-premise or private-cloud deployment options, advanced security and privacy compliance, concierge onboarding, a dedicated customer success manager, regular check-in meetings, and high-priority support.

Current plan

To view your current plan:

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Open Plan & Billing
  3. Stay on the Overview tab

Here you can see:

  • Your active plan
  • Your billing period
  • Event usage for the current cycle
  • Workspace usage -Your next billing date

When you sign up, you are enrolled in the plan you selected during the signup process.

Billing details

Once you subscribe to a Usermaven plan, your billing information is available under:

Account Settings → Plan & Billing → Billing

From this page, you can view:

  • Your current plan and billing cycle
  • Monthly price
  • Next billing date
  • Payment method
  • Billing email
  • Billing address

Update payment method

To update your credit card:

  1. Go to Plan & Billing → Billing
  2. Click Update next to Payment Method
  3. You will be redirected to Paddle
  4. Enter your new card details and save

Change billing email

To change your billing email:

  1. Go to Plan & Billing → Billing
  2. Click Change next to Billing Email
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions

Invoices

To view your invoices:

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Open Plan & Billing
  3. Select the Invoices tab

From here, you can:

  • View all past invoices
  • Check payment status
  • Open and download invoices

How to upgrade your plan

To upgrade your plan:

  1. Go to Account Settings → Plan & Billing
  2. Open the Overview tab
  3. Click Change
  4. Select the plan you want
  5. Review your billing details
  6. Complete the payment

Once payment is processed, your plan is upgraded immediately.

How to start a 14-day free trial

When you sign up, you start on the plan you selected during signup.

To start a 14-day free trial on a higher plan:

  1. Go to Account Settings → Plan & Billing
  2. Open the Overview tab
  3. Click Change
  4. View the available plans
  5. Click Start trial on the plan you want

Your 14-day free trial starts immediately.

How to downgrade your plan

To downgrade your plan:

  1. Go to Account Settings → Plan & Billing
  2. Open the Overview tab
  3. Click Change
  4. Select the plan you want
  5. Review your billing details
  6. Complete the payment

Your downgraded plan will apply according to your billing cycle.

Usage history

To view your event usage:

  1. Go to Account Settings → Plan & Billing
  2. Open the Usage History tab

Here you can see:

  • Usage by billing period
  • Total events tracked
  • Event breakdown for each period
